Since I wasn't able to make it out to Virginia for Halloween, I had the Hedrick kids get dressed up in their costumes when I was out in March. Their mom made all of their costumes and they were super cute! We went out and played in the woods and took a lot of pictures. It was a really good day and the kids did an amazing job!

Another session that I photographed while I was in Virginia was Lance’s baptism portraits. He recently turned eight and made the decision to be baptized into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. We went to several different locations around Norfolk. I’m so glad that I got to participate in this special event in Lance’s life. Congratulations on your baptism!

While I was in Virginia, I got to photograph the sweetest baby boy. Asa was only a couple of weeks old when we met, but he already had his model face ready. He has so much character and I was able to capture many of his expressions. I just couldn't get enough of those baby blues and that amazing smile that lights up the whole room. It was a fantastic session! I can't wait to go back and visit him and his siblings and get pictures of them too next time.

I got to hang out with the one and only, the amazing P-dise a few weeks ago. The weather was absolutely perfect. We took Gabriel to the park and I got some pictures of him playing with bubbles. It was really great catching up and I had a blast! Gabriel is such an awesome kid. He had me cracking up the whole time. He's a rock star, but don't take my word for it..check out his bubble wand guitar pic below. You should see him play Guitar Hero.
